A very comprehensive course content with a wide range of beneficial models to follow. Practical tools and guidance for self-improvement and better management of people and situations. I found day 2 very beneficial and will be recommending for other staff. Day 1 equally beneficial for myself.

Technology is fantastic, it is like being in the room with them. Great for learning as it is interactive, they are standing in front of the screen they are writing on which I found so helpful. They aren't just reading it out to you, they write and go through everything with you. I found the technology they use is the next best thing to real life face to face teaching. Marco and Chris writing on the tablet which comes up on the main screen I found helpful as it made the course more personal and detailed with their own pictures and clearly laid out tables or graphs etc.

The models and toolkits are practical takeaways, which I can clearly see how to implement to my team going forward. The content was all relevant. Interesting and engaging delivery, personable and made the two days enjoyable. Made me feel relaxed and able to give my feedback and comments within the group.

I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. I found most benefit from the psychology of language in terms of conflict and conversation. Chris was a fantastic presenter. Incredibly engaging and made sure everything was clearly understood. It was very easy to follow with Chris' explanations.

Very informative and well set out. I found the time keeping and productivity portion most helpful. Marco was very upbeat and kept the group working to the same goal. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any quires we had.

Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box / right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models. As well as giving me the confidence to start better prioritising my work and others in my team.

The content was broad and covered a great deal of ground. However there was always time to ask questions and gain further clarity. I've enjoyed every minute! Enthusiastic and dynamic style. Extremely personable and very encouraging. Fabulous!

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable.The printed training books had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics – nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two day course and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude.

Wonderful experience I had with such a learning-oriented course "Leadership & Management”. Really helpful for me in terms of managing conflict, directing and delegating the tasks, setting about the priority of tasks effectively. Gezz is unique trainer I must say, equipped with wonderful expertise and practical examples both for professional and personal life’s relevancy.

The course was NOT my choice, the company put me on it, so I was a cynic! The course has changed my view and I realised why I had been put on the course it. I have taken a lot of positives away with me which I will take in my working life and personal life. My outlook has changed and although it will take time to change my mind set, I am confident I now have the starting tools to change my thought processes and start believing in myself.
