Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all training bookings with Corporate Coach Training Ltd, trading as Corporate Coach Group ("CCG").
Please read them carefully before booking. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a reservation.

Payment terms

Course Payment

Open Course Payment

The course fee should be paid within 30 days, or 10 days before the start of the course (whichever is earlier), or immediately for courses with limited places.

If you cannot make payment in time, you can still attend, provided you confirm that payment is in your organisation's payment system. We also accept company purchase orders as a promise of payment, by prior arrangement.

If fees are not paid or agreed, we reserve the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate, or to request payment on the day of the course.

Booking confirmation

Any booking is regarded as confirmed only when full payment has been received by Corporate Coach Group.

If you are attending from abroad and require a visa application letter, there will be an administration charge. Please contact us in advance to discuss this.

In-House Course Payment

The course fee should be paid within 30 days, or 10 days before the start of the course (whichever is earlier).

If you cannot make payment in time, the course can still go ahead, provided you confirm that payment is in your organisation's payment system.

We also accept company purchase orders as a promise of payment, by prior arrangement.

Late Payment

Applies to both open and in-house course bookings

In the event of late payment, Corporate Coach Group reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month (or part thereof), calculated from the last date that payment was due.

Your rights as a delegate

Cooling-Off Period and Transfers

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For open course or online training courses booked via the Corporate Coach Group website, or on other online platforms, you may cancel your booking for any reason within 14 days of our booking confirmation and receive a full refund of any course fees paid.

The cooling-off period does not apply where:

  • You attend the course, in part or in full
  • The course starts within 14 days of your booking date
  • You booked using an early bird or non-refundable offer
  • You are re-booking a course using the transfer option

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, the cancellation charges in the section below will apply.

Transferring Courses

Transfers made within 14 days of the course date will incur an administration fee of £75 (+VAT) per training day.

The transfer option only applies to delegates moving to a different date for the same course.

Delegates must specify their chosen transfer date at the time of requesting the transfer.

If the transfer option is used, both the original and transfer invoices remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.

Cancellations

Cancelling a Course

The following charges apply if you cancel your booking. The earlier you notify us, the lower the charge.

Early Bird Bookings

Early bird bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer to a different date, providing no less than fourteen days' notice.

Card Payment Refunds

If you paid by debit or credit card, please note there is a £50 administration charge from our payment provider, which will be deducted from any refunded amount.

Changing Delegate Details

There is no charge if a substitute delegate wishes to replace the original booking. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking in advance of the course date.

Our obligations to you

CCG Cancellations, Amendments and Visas

Cancellation and Amendments by CCG

The Corporate Coach Group courses are constantly updated and improved. We reserve the right to alter course content at any time without prior notice.

In-House Courses

Within a seven-day notice period prior to the start date, Corporate Coach Group reserves the right to cancel or postpone any in-house course without liability for costs incurred by prospective delegates (for example, hotel or travel costs). In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

Visa Applications

We welcome delegates from all countries to attend our open courses and are happy to assist with visa applications.

If you have paid for your course and your visa application is subsequently rejected, we will of course refund your course fees, minus any applicable administration charge.

Please note: where a visa application letter is required, an administration charge will apply.

Offers and pricing

Discounts and Special Offers

Any discounts offered on Corporate Coach Group courses are exclusive and cannot be combined. Except for company-wide or pre-agreed discounts, the higher discount will always be applied.

Special offers must be requested at the time of booking. They will not automatically be applied to a booking after it has been confirmed.

Course Notes and Training

The notes and training provided by Corporate Coach Group cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Corporate Coach Group nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates' actions, or those of other persons reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, nor for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or training notes. If in doubt, please consult a qualified legal professional.
