Terms and Conditions

Open Course Payment

The course fee should be paid within 30 days, 10 days before the start of the course (whichever is earlier), or immediately for courses with limited places. If you cannot make payment in time, then you CAN still attend, provided you confirm that payment is in your organisation’s payment system
We can also accept company purchase orders as a promise of payment, by prior arrangement.
If fees are not paid or agreed, we reserve the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate.
If we have not received the course fees or have arrangements for payment, then we reserve the right to request payment on the day of the course.

Until full payment for the course booking has been received by Corporate Coach Group for any booking, then that booking is regarded as unconfirmed. Any booking is to be regarded as confirmed only when full payment for that booking has been received by Corporate Coach Group.

If you are attending courses from abroad and you require visa application letters there will be an admin charge.

In-House Course Payment

The course fee should be paid within 30 days, or 10 days before the start of the course (whichever is earlier). If you cannot make payment in time, then the course can still go ahead, provided you confirm that payment is in your organisation’s payment system.
We can also accept company purchase orders as a promise of payment, by prior arrangement.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment, The Corporate Coach Group reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment is made.

Transferring Courses

We allow transfers according to this policy:

  • Any transfer made within 14 days of the course date will be charged an administration fee of £75 (+VAT) per training day.
  • The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.
  • Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer.
  • If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.

Cancelling Courses

The following charges apply if you cancel:

  • 16-22 weeks before a course - no charge
  • 8-16 weeks before a course - 25% of the course fee
  • 29-56 days before a course - 50% of the course fee
  • 15-28 days before a course - 75% of the course fee
  • 0-14 days before a course - 100% of the course fee

Early bird bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer to a different date, giving us no less than fourteen days’ notice.

If you pay by debit or credit card, please note there is a £50 administration charge from our provider which we will deduct from the refunded amount.

Changing Delegate Details

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.

Cancellation and amendments of courses

The Corporate Coach Group courses are constantly updated and improved. The Corporate Coach Group reserves the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice.

In-house Courses:

Within a seven day (one week) notice period prior to the date of the start of the course, Corporate Coach Group reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course, without any liability for any costs incurred by prospective delegates (for example, but not limited to, their hotel or travel costs). In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

Visa Application

Delegates from all countries welcome.

We welcome delegates from all countries to attend our open courses. We will happily help you with your visa application.

If you have paid for your course and your Visa Application is rejected, we will, of course, refund your money (minus administration charge).

Discounts and Special Offers

Any discounts offered on The Corporate Coach Group courses are exclusive. They cannot be combined. Except for company wide or pre-agreed discounts, the higher discount will always be applied. In the case of special offers these must be requested at time of booking, and will not automatically be applied.
