Emotional Intelligence Training (Part 2) Course Overview

This second four-hour module builds directly on the foundation laid in Part 1.

In Part 1, we studied how emotions form and how to interrupt negative reactions. In this second module, we extend that understanding.

We focus on how to maintain emotional balance over longer periods, prevent the slow build-up of negative states, and guide both our own emotions and those of others.

We learn how our physical condition, self-image, beliefs, and thought patterns interact to create ongoing emotional states.

We understand how to apply conscious control to stay emotionally strong even under pressure.

This module deepens our ability to manage ourselves, properly handle other people, and stay more productive for longer.

We improve our self-confidence, resilience, stability, and long-term optimism.

We develop advanced tools for managing difficult people and situations.

The course gives us the correct understanding, practical models, and methods that extend and build on the tools we learned in Part 1.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the interplay between physical condition, self-image, beliefs, and ongoing emotional states.
  • Identify strategies to prevent the gradual build-up of negative emotional states over time.
  • Apply techniques for maintaining long-term emotional balance under continuous pressure.
  • Utilize advanced tools to manage challenging interpersonal dynamics and difficult situations.
  • Develop self-management strategies to sustain productivity during emotional turbulence.
  • Integrate effective communication methods to guide and influence both personal and group emotions.
