I found the section on delegation really useful as this was something I struggled with. Personally, finding the right balance between home and work is a big thing for me personally as I’m often all about work. Chris did an excellent job in presenting the course. He knew all the answers to the questions and was really knowledgeable. 100/100

Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

I thought the technology was great! Really interactive and let us see in more detail what the leader was saying. Excellent use of green screen or whatever it was. Really informative, very thorough and gave enough chance to take notes. Good separation of content into understandable and logical areas. I gained a lot of insight and felt welcomed and encouraged throughout. Great imparting of knowledge from Marco and Chris, super friendly and talkative. Their approach made it easy for me to follow and learn. Thank you so much!

Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. Most useful to be given tools to use for all of the theories to put into practice. Trainer (Chris) engaged with his own material, demonstrated his own use of the knowledge he was imparting, great speed (not too quick), kept interest throughout and made it easy to take on board. Excellent trainer.

The course was extremely helpful, I really enjoyed the whole content. I found particularly helpful and will implement in my day to day work: Conflict management – rational objective language; 8 Part SMART questions; Time management matrix. Chris’ presentation was very informative, polite and friendly; very knowledgeable. Chris did not lose momentum or seem to lag, or become tired during the two days.

The course content was concise and practical as related to my business. It contained information that I had not seen in 48 years in the business world. The trainer's presentation was straightforward, understandable, relevant and well structured.

On this course, I particularly liked the way principals were broken down in explanation and then built back up to give a better understanding. The section on conflict was extremely interesting, mainly to do with the language used. The trainer was very clear and precise.

Did the full 2 Day course. It covered the 3 key areas of Clarity, Rational and Positive Emotion broken down into a further. There was great content, lots of slides and resources including a workbook for each day which was great for taking notes. Especially blank areas to work in and be interactive. We were only a small group so all able to get involved and interact with opportunities to discuss. The trainer was clear & concise with great delivery and got us all involved. His depth of knowledge helping to reinforce ideas, models and methods to take forward.

The course was professionally presented and well paced, with materials that made the learning easier. The trainer's presentation was excellent! The trainer was professional and knowledgeable about the subject material. Responsive to questions and scenarios and also helpful.

Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box/right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models. As well as giving me the confidence to start better prioritising my work and others in my team.

The course content I found to be really interesting, with learning various theories into why and how we do as humans what we do. I really found the priority quadrant useful and will be beneficial, also the 8 success Qs. Chris's presentation was really good, and I found it very articulate and easy to understand. 100/100

Really clear and engaging content, in a really good flow. Lots of discussion that felt natural and relevant and inclusive. Not too overwhelming which I often find with training. Feels like I’ve been equipped with the tools to succeed with confidence. Chris was really engaging, inspiring and clear. I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. I recently completed The Communication Skills training course with Chris and found it extremely valuable. The content was well structured, engaging, and easy to apply to my day-to-day role. Chris was knowledgeable and encouraged participation throughout, which helped bring the topics to life. He also added a bit of humour throughout with the examples which was relatable. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises and real world examples from other participants too. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in this area.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

Some really useful tools and thought-provoking exercises. The training workbook will be great to use for reflection. Great to know about the website and free website tools. The presentation had a good balance of instructive and interactive. Excellent time keeping – clearly very experienced.
