Live Online Time Management Virtual Training
Most people are NOT as productive as they could be. You cannot do everything simultaneously, so you must prioritise. Many people fail to prioritise; they do too many trivial tasks at the expense of the more important ones. Therefore, it is essential that you prioritise effort, based upon the value of the task.
Poor time managers do the easy, likeable tasks first, avoiding the tasks they do not like. This leads to procrastination and disorganisation.
Good time managers prioritise, doing the right things, in the right order, and consequently enjoy an easier life.
This online time management training will help you become more productive, with less effort.

Online Time Management Training Course Overview
This course is delivered via either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The session starts at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm.
We start the course with the observation that there are two parts to the human mind, the rational part and the emotional part. They are often at war with each other: your rational part knows logically that you should do something, but your emotional part doesn’t want to.
When your brain is faced with that dilemma, do you do what you should do, or do you put it off?
Ultimately time management is about doing what you should do, even if you don’t feel like it. Time managers have a much easier life than those who fail to plan and prioritise.
The first half of this course is rational logic. We show you how to prioritise, plan, handle interruptions, delegate tasks, and manage distractions. You will learn how to set goals, solve problems and become more productive, by organising your priority plans in a logical way.
The second part of this course covers emotions; motivating yourself to follow the plan you have built. Many people don’t follow their own plans. They don’t know how to motivate themselves, or they don’t have enough energy to follow through. We will show you how to generate the emotional power to put your plans into action. When you combine the right plan, with the right action, you get the best results.
Following this course, you will know how to produce more, in less time.
