Fantastic course content. I loved the booklet/ manual; I wish other courses had such comprehensive notes to take away. Brilliant methodologies, tools and frameworks to take away and apply to my work, and home life. Really motivating and inspiring content. The trainer’s presentation: Chris and Gez are both great presenters. In particular Chris had great in-depth knowledge of the content, and had good answers to questions. Also had a really inspirational way of presenting. And was happy for challenging questions.

The content made me really think about all the things I can/do that can positively and negatively affect the business as a whole, but also others I work with. The collaborative style made it not seem laborious and it was great to get feedback from others. The Trainer Chris' energy makes it impossible not to want to participate. He incorporates the group very well and encouraging people to move around is a great idea.

I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal. The trainer and training content definitely exceeded my expectations. I will refer this course to my colleagues. Best training course I have attended.

I found the course very valuable; it has now given me a framework to work by. From planning to conflict management, I now feel I have the tools to deal with almost any situation that arises within the workplace. I found Marco’s teaching style refreshing compared to the other dry monotone styles of other courses I've attended. He was clear and able to clarify the finer points so that I had a full understanding of the subject matter.

Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

I found the course content to be varied and covered a good range of materials. The mix of tool-kits, activities and contextual material was well-balanced. I enjoyed the trainer's manner and delivery. He balanced the course content and personal anecdotes, so the course was engaging as well as useful. He was positive, constructive and knowledgeable.

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. I recently completed The Communication Skills training course with Chris and found it extremely valuable. The content was well structured, engaging, and easy to apply to my day-to-day role. Chris was knowledgeable and encouraged participation throughout, which helped bring the topics to life. He also added a bit of humour throughout with the examples which was relatable. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises and real world examples from other participants too. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in this area.

The course content was interesting, and I found it very useful and motivating. I have learnt a lot and feel confident about putting this into practise. Chris is a very good trainer, who kept my interest and attention throughout the course. Good use of personal anecdotes brought real life situations into the learning.

- Comprehensive suite of content with a great holistic flow and connection. - Plenty of unique aspects – not just ‘run of the mill’ tools. - Everything I learned will be applicable in the future of my business to myself and the people I work with. - The models were beneficial but seeing and practising application made it stick and made it relevant. - Every section had beneficial take home points. Chris (trainer) was a fantastic presenter, really knowledgeable and experienced. He allowed for tangential conversation were beneficial and made the content relevant to each of us. Good feature of splitting common points out into positive actions “we will / are” statements. Going through diagrams on the flipcharts was a good way to double digest the concepts. 100/100

The course was excellent and I have been able to gain a lot of tools for me to apply to my role and everyday work. Especially enjoyed the planning section and how to deal with conflicts. I look forward to putting them into practice. The trainer's presentation was excellent and kept my attention the whole time. I liked that it was varied and not mundane at all.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Explains fantastically through use of examples.

I found this course very interesting and it touched on every daily activity within my new role as a manager. The trainer was calm and collect and also very knowledgeable throughout. Chris made the course easy to follow and enjoyable. His hard work made this the most enjoyable and worthwhile course I have attended.

I have learnt how to organise my work list in a way that is constructive and productive. To focus on the use of objective language. I found the section on conflict resolution very helpful. Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.

The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. He made sure that we left knowing exactly what we needed to work on and how we can implement the changes. Thank you!

The course content was mixed and kept me attentive. I appreciated all the examples and stories, much easier to learn from experiences. The trainer was very interactive. I enjoyed working in pairs, definitely helped content sink in.

I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I enjoyed the role plays and learning about all of the different models - very informative! Well structured, easy to follow and very interesting! Lots of different techniques for learning which kept it stimulating. 100/100

Course content was good. There are several elements I will take away and add to my personal action plan. I particularly like the idea of the task matrix to prioritise on a 'look ahead' weekly basis. The trainer was very professional and helpful and able to engage all attendees who come from varying backgrounds.

The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​
