Data usage
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide in as minimal a manner as possible and do not share it with other data processors unless detailed below.
General Website Access
Information gathered when you browse our website may be passed to our analytical partners (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook). In most cases, the information shared is anonymous. Exceptions include when you follow a tracked link in an email from us; in those cases, data shared may include your name, email address and referrer information.
Web-Apps, Questionnaires and Interactive Tools
Our interactive web-apps, questionnaires, tools and message boxes collect additional information required for their correct operation. All of these are optional; if you do not wish to provide any information that is requested, please discontinue using the tool in question.
Some tools allow you to email or print your results. If you do so, you are responsible for keeping your personal information secure, including using an email provider that encrypts incoming email.
We do not share information provided via these tools with any other data processors, except where you use any email functionality within the tool. Corporate Coach Group does not view individual results, but we do keep a log of which tools are used to aid our continuous improvement process.
Blog Comments
When accessing blogs via our website, you may also be accessing the Facebook comment system. You may be providing analytical and personal information to Facebook whilst using our website. You can opt out of their tracking by following the instructions on their help page. Information submitted as a blog comment is provided directly to Facebook and is not part of our data processing.
Booking Training
When placing a booking, information you provide is used to complete the booking and training process. We do not share this information with other data processors except to the extent necessary to complete that booking. You must have the consent or authority to provide us with any personal or company information before completing the booking process.
Data processors involved in this process include: the training venue (varies by date; please contact us for details of your specific venue); Mailgun (email address validation); Microsoft Azure (data storage); Google Analytics and Google Ads (e-commerce data); and Stripe (payment card processing). We do not retain any payment card details; these are stored and processed solely by Stripe.
You cannot opt out of these processors, since doing so would prevent us from completing the booking.
Feedback Forms
We may collect personal information from you via feedback or other paper-based forms. Feedback forms are optional; if you do not wish to provide information, please leave the form blank. Other paper-based forms are processed under the same strict guidelines as the rest of our website.
ILM Certification
If you or a delegate wishes to register for ILM certification, ILM becomes a data processor for that booking. They also require the delegate's date of birth.
When you email us, we may include your records in our customer relationship management (CRM) database. This information is not processed by anyone other than Corporate Coach Group and is not used for marketing. To withdraw from this, please contact us.
