Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • This course has provided me with some excellent tools to help me manage my staff and workload. I particularly liked the time management matrix, the right box/wrong box, and the 8 Smart Questions. Both trainers were engaging, knowledgeable, good-humoured, and patient.

  • The course content was good and varied. Practical time management skills, together with identifying and managing the emotional roadblocks that can inhibit good time management and productivity. The trainer's presentation was engaging, well paced and enjoyable.

  • Excellent and relevant content. Good models shown with practical use explained. The trainer had a good style, conducive to learning, nice pace and clear at all times. Good opportunities for elaboration where needed.

  • The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.

  • Fantastic course with great content and layout. Constantly felt challenged and given the time to question myself and others. The trainer was thorough, organised and concise in delivery of the course. His approach was easy and experience in industry was valuable would highly recommend.

  • I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

  • Course content was informative with interesting ideas which I will be able to take forward in both my personal life and work place. The trainer's presentation was good, clear and to the point. Notes taken were relevant and easy to understand.

  • There was a wide range of content, all of which was interesting and useful and I hope I will be able to use in my development. The trainer presented clearly and enthusiastically. Beforehand I was apprehensive, but was immediately put at ease and felt involved throughout. Very useful and enjoyable too.

  • The course was fast-paced, interesting, interactive, well-structured, and useful. I found the leading suggestions on what to write in the action plan very beneficial. Clear, great use of visual aids, diagrams, drawings, hand gestures, repetition of important statements.
