  • The course content was excellent content, very apt and eye opening. The information provided will prove exceptionally useful, as it identified several areas where I can improve. The trainer's presentation was very good and kept the sessions interesting and the group entertained.

  • This was just the right amount of content for the time available. Some useful models and practical strategies for better managing time and productivity. The trainer had excellent rapport and pace. A good amount of examples were given.

  • Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

  • I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.
