  • I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal. The trainer and training content definitely exceeded my expectations. I will refer this course to my colleagues. Best training course I have attended.

  • Having a framework really boosts confidence in this area, especially if you are new to leadership. I found the conflict management especially beneficial. The trainer was brilliant, friendly and engaging, with boundless enthusiasm. You know, from his presentation, that he knows what he is talking about.

  • The training course was very good. I've attended other training courses on these subjects, but this had a different approach and covered the subjects in a different way. Using and completing work books also suits my way of learning. The course was well delivered, kept my interest and covered the subjects in an original way.

  • Full of techniques and defined approaches with less of the "psycho babble" usually included in these types of courses. Gave a framework to apply as a standard to any situation/team. The trainer was strong, clear and professional.
