  • Excellent course, very useful, full of tips to put into actions, relevant. Very interactive and straight to the point. Useful listening to other people's experiences/perspectives. Good structure and breaking times. Excellent food. The trainers presentation was insightful. Many examples make the concept easier to understand. Very energetic, he kept the attention high.

  • I was very pleased with the course content and learned a lot of new things, some of which I can also use in my personal life, in addition to professional. Trainer's presentation was varied in terms of practical and theory. Good balance, not too much role play, which some courses end up doing.

  • The course content was very good. Initially worried it might be a bit 'airy-fairy' and not very practical, but I have learnt a lot, particularly the conflict wrong box/ right box. I feel a lot of it will be easy and do-able to put into practice.
