  • I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.
