This training course really helped me structure my thoughts and realise how to implement basic strategies into my work, for the better of my team and me. Also, it has helped me not just with work, but about how to balance my general mindset and how to keep positive. The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

Really interesting and thought provoking course. I will be implementing many ideas and completing the many methods throughout my job and personal life. Course content was very spot on focusing on the main aspects of time wasters. Chris was very professional and presented the content in a very interactive manner engaging the attendees throughout the training. Technology was very good. The use of digital interactive background and the whiteboard connection from the tablet was especially interactive. (Live, online remote time management training course).

Training course content was clear, concise and surprisingly unrushed, as two days condensed into one. Useful area on separation of objective and subjective. Also interesting conflict management, wrong box, right box. Good reminder of smart technique. Trainer's presentation kept delegates engaged, off the phone/ laptop, which is rare. Interesting delivery of what could be a heavy area.

The course was very motivating, with the right level of content, delivered in digestible sections. Conflict management - wrong box/right box, this has never been covered in much detail in other internal courses. Trainer was smart and professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

The content of the course was very good with lots of thought-provoking topics, eg use of words, dealing with conflict, planning and prioritising. There was lots of material to cover but the trainer covered it at a good speed with lots of small sessions of thinking time. Writing our own action plan was a great idea as much more likely to focus on what is important to us.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

The course was fast-paced, interesting, interactive, well-structured, and useful. I found the leading suggestions on what to write in the action plan very beneficial. Clear, great use of visual aids, diagrams, drawings, hand gestures, repetition of important statements.

Chris’ teaching was incredibly captivating, insightful and easy to follow. The use of real-world analogy and diagrams made it easy to visualise subject matter I had not seen before. I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

Detailed course with a lot of information to impart, which must be difficult to condense. It was divided into easy chunks and was very clear and structured. Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.
