The course content was perfect, with detailed notes that interlinked with the full two-day presentation, including interaction throughout. The trainer was planned and prepared. He presented based on course notes fluently with no need to refer to notes. Maintained focus and attentiveness for full two days.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

Course content was good. There are several elements I will take away and add to my personal action plan. I particularly like the idea of the task matrix to prioritise on a 'look ahead' weekly basis. The trainer was very professional and helpful and able to engage all attendees who come from varying backgrounds.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. The tools and techniques provided were incredibly helpful, and I plan to implement and develop them further in my work over time. Chris delivered a very professional, well-timed, and structured course. He was very positive and inspiring. Thank you.

The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared. It wasn't a 'classroom' situation and humour was incorporated leading to a stress-free, enjoyable course.

Chris (trainer) was a fantastic presenter, really knowledgeable and experienced. He allowed for tangential conversation were beneficial and made the content relevant to each of us. Good feature of splitting common points out into positive actions “we will / are” statements. Going through diagrams on the flipcharts was a good way to double digest the concepts. 100/100

I had a wonderful experience with such a learning oriented course. It was really beneficial for me in terms of managing conflict, directing and delegating the tasks, setting about the priority of tasks effectively. I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal. The trainer and training content definitely exceeded my expectations. I will refer this course to my colleagues. Best training course I have attended.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

Every single element of this course was incredibly beneficial! A lot of information and tools I have been looking to harness for years, all put in one session, GREAT! Very interactive too and broken up. Amazing and Engaging presentation. Really important and helpful when challenging peoples mind sets. Something I try to do as a manager but have failed! I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

The course content I found to be really interesting, with learning various theories into why and how we do as humans what we do. I really found the priority quadrant useful and will be beneficial, also the 8 success Qs. Chris's presentation was really good, and I found it very articulate and easy to understand. 100/100

The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.
