When at work, do you try to keep the conversation on track, or do you take the conversation off track, by talking about other things, or by joking around.
Score higher if you tend to keep the conversation on track and score lower if you tend to joke around and distract others.2. Optimistic
Do you try to come across as essentially happy, optimistic and confident about the future, or do you tend to tell people that the present situations is bad and it is likely to get worse?

When someone else is feeling downhearted, are you able to get them to change their mood by getting them to change the way they are looking at their problems, or do you tend of offer only sympathy and join them in their gloomy outlook?

Are you a person who tends to tidy up as you go, or are you a person who tends to leave any situations in a less organised or messy state?

In the way you speak to others, do you occasionally swear or shout or sometimes even be insulting, or are you more likely to word your message more carefully?
Score higher if you are thoughtful with your wording, and score lower if you tend to be toughtless and give them both barrels.8. Work Ethic
