Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • The course content was very relevant and adaptable to working life to enhance and improve management and in turn a strong team and higher level output. The trainer's presentation was concise, structured and well planned. Scenarios and examples helped to understand putting this into practise and how I would use this.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • The course content was excellent content, very apt and eye opening. The information provided will prove exceptionally useful, as it identified several areas where I can improve. The trainer's presentation was very good and kept the sessions interesting and the group entertained.

  • The tools and insights given on the course were eye-opening and I can envisage using them immediately and across many areas of my work and personal life. It’s a lot more involved a subject than you expect. The trainer’s presentation was comprehensive, clear, easy to understand.

  • I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

  • I found the course very beneficial. Particularly the mind over mood, prioritisation, the future good, practical alternatives, avoiding the negative and being objective. The trainer was great with engaging delivery and use of real-life examples. It was also nice to have something different to Powerpoint.
