Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • I felt I have benefited from this time management course today. I feel it has taught me to rethink and improve my way of working and time managing in the workplace and personally. The trainer presented very well, easily explained to the extent of understanding the course. Overall happy with today and I would recommend to anyone.

  • The course content was very detailed, informative and useful for everyday life and working life. Practical solutions to problems, how to organise and use time wisely and also role play for conflict management. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. I really liked that it was all based on a positive mind set, encouragement and 'How to get the best from yourselves and others'. I think everyone regardless of their role could learn something from this course.

  • The course content was very informative. Incredibly useful even for my situation. The course wasn't 'too corporate' with the target audience of just average businessmen etc. The trainer's presentation was very good. Clear with excellent examples. Tailored to course members, felt like I could relate to the content.

  • The course was intense but manageable. Covered the subject, incorporating additional elements that made the understanding of subject matter easier to apply to work place or home. The trainer was excellent, clear, smoothly moved into next subject. Overall an excellent course delivered in a way that I can use both in my workplace and home life.

  • I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

  • The course contained concise, relevant content. Lots of tangible 'real' life scenarios, a good balance of teacher to pupil talk vs pupil activity to retain interest. The trainer's presentation was entertaining, informative, well prepared, no question dodged!
