Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

  • I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. He made sure that we left knowing exactly what we needed to work on and how we can implement the changes. Thank you!

  • The training course content was informative and covered the aspects that I was hoping for. The trainer's presentation was good, well explained and good interaction.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • Very informative, creative and easy to follow. Lots of different presentation styles used which kept my attention. This can be extremely difficult when delivering digitally so thought it was very well planned out and varied. I have taken a lot that I will be putting into practice. Great use of technology, different methods used to present and deliver content.

  • I found learning the different processes really helpful. Having different models and matrix for scenarios is a great way to remember these tools. I really liked having the summary pages. I would be happy to delve into more areas. The trainer had great momentum, gave clear explanations. I love a flow chart so found the visuals very helpful. Thank you, it has been so helpful and can't wait to put it into practice.
