Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • Having a framework really boosts confidence in this area, especially if you are new to leadership. I found the conflict management especially beneficial. The trainer was brilliant, friendly and engaging, with boundless enthusiasm. You know, from his presentation, that he knows what he is talking about.

  • The training course was very good. I've attended other training courses on these subjects, but this had a different approach and covered the subjects in a different way. Using and completing work books also suits my way of learning. The course was well delivered, kept my interest and covered the subjects in an original way.

  • Course content was very detailed, clear and covered a wide range of topics, some I have not considered when thinking about supervisor skills. Most beneficial to me were the parts on communication and conflict. I also found myself challenging my own thoughts on time management still, which I thought I was strong on. Some very good tips and ideas. Chris was extremely clear, encouraging and very engaging. He made the course fun and easy to follow.

  • An excellent and well presented course. A lot to learn, but kept the flow going. Very informative and gave sound and varying ideas. The trainer got the group to participate, was fun as well as informative.

  • The training course could not have been better for me! Content was extremely relevant and context was spot on! Diagrams, processes and exercises were clear and accessible and I enjoyed every part. The trainer’s presentation was excellent for my learning style: fast paced, visual and course material were very good. Chris was very professional.

  • As a new, internally promoted manager, I found this course absolutely invaluable and will recommend this course to other staff. Extremely helpful content. Alison has been fantastic, obviously very knowledgeable and well versed in the subject. Will recommend Alison be booked for in-house training.
