I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two-day training course. It was informative and allowed me to be open minded and think from another perspective. The content with examples is relatable and I am now able to bring back to the company and share with others. The presentation was very informative: - The temples are clear and concise, easy to understand. - Chris is a great trainer and was engaging – made me feel comfortable and willing to learn and listen. - Great character, very funny, kind.

The course was extremely helpful, I really enjoyed the whole content. I found particularly helpful and will implement in my day to day work: Conflict management – rational objective language; 8 Part SMART questions; Time management matrix. Chris’ presentation was very informative, polite and friendly; very knowledgeable. Chris did not lose momentum or seem to lag, or become tired during the two days.

Course content was very detailed, clear and covered a wide range of topics, some I have not considered when thinking about supervisor skills. Most beneficial to me were the parts on communication and conflict. I also found myself challenging my own thoughts on time management still, which I thought I was strong on. Some very good tips and ideas. Chris was extremely clear, encouraging and very engaging. He made the course fun and easy to follow.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

Training course content was outstanding! I have never attended a course with so much positive input. I feel reassured that much of my working practice is in line with this training. However it has sharpened my thoughts. The trainer's presentation was very good with very clear communication. Good logic and reason. Providing consistent named principles.

The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice. Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. Opportunity for group discussion, happy for questions.

I found pretty much all of the content very useful. It made me think about things in a different way. Hopefully will return to this material and use it to keep thinking positively about all the forthcoming challenges. Chris presented very well, both clearly and confidently.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The course was packed with tips that will really be applicable in my current role and hopefully be doing so I will be able to excel in it. The course was simple to follow and gave me an abundance of information on leadership skills. Chris was very clear and fluent throughout the course, and explained how to apply each piece of knowledge very well. He ensured that the sessions were interactive and therefore easy to remain focused throughout.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

The course content was concise and practical as related to my business. It contained information that I had not seen in 48 years in the business world. The trainer's presentation was straightforward, understandable, relevant and well structured.

I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

The course content was very informative and detailed, relatable and useful. Easy to understand and absorb the information as well as enjoyable and entertaining. Will certainly be implementing the methods/rules learnt today in my working and personal environment. The trainer was professional, enthusiastic and understandable. I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. Trainer's presentation: Excellent style and engaging all around. Great rapport with the class. Never an easy task to present to a room of professionals, but Chris pulled it off.

The course content was eye-opening for me as a relatively new line manager. There were definitely things that I found myself to be guilty of, so I appreciate the lessons. The examples were very practical and useful, hopefully I will put them to good use on the next occasion. The trainer was very well prepared, enthusiastic, with great stories and examples. The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

I found all of this course beneficial, both personally and professionally. I found the practical tools for work organisation particularly useful; identifying where I loose time; tools to be less overwhelmed; how to manage my time more effectively. The trainer was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable with relevant examples.

Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

I thought the course was very eye-opening and made me look at simple processes in a very different light and in much more depth. I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.
