Very interesting and useful tips. A lot of new information that I’m sure it will help me to deal with people not only at work but also in personal life. Loads of ideas and content to practise. No pressure put on delegates, very pleasant environment. Charismatic, enthusiastic teacher. It was a pleasure to listen and learn from Marco. Very interesting webinar, loads of different methods of teaching – speeches, group exercises, conversations etc. Ideal candidate for this role.

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I enjoyed the role plays and learning about all of the different models - very informative! Well structured, easy to follow and very interesting! Lots of different techniques for learning which kept it stimulating. 100/100

The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

The course content is practical and adaptable to everyday living – not just work! I am sure that the skills I have learnt will come into immediate use and I urge other new managers to take this course. The training course content was excellent and was the most enjoyable and interesting management course I have attended. The presentation was excellent, delivered at the right pace. The presenter style was superb, very clear with humorous anecdotes and related to practical circumstances.

Course content was very good - easy to follow and understand. Overall the course was very helpful. But specifically the parts on conflict resolution and prioritisation were particularly useful. Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude. The presenter was also extremely engaging, fast-paced but clear, good interaction and would definitely recommend this course to others.

I have learnt how to organise my work list in a way that is constructive and productive. To focus on the use of objective language. I found the section on conflict resolution very helpful. The 8 Smart plan and success formula is something I look forward to implementing. The trainer executed the presentation with excellence. The course content was excellent and gave techniques to use that will certainly be beneficial to me in my future work. It also gave me a more positive outlook to the current work that I have. An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life. The trainer was engaging, maintained interest of the group. Good explanations of the content, in easy to understand terms.

The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​

A very interesting course and full content. The course covered a lot of topics I didn't expect - in a good way! The mix between the training course and the exercises in groups was well balanced and gives time to discuss with other delegates and exchange ideas. The trainer Marco is extremely professional. A very informative course. Covered many areas of use, with plenty of content. Assisted me in realigning my business approach. - Comprehensive suite of content with a great holistic flow and connection. - Plenty of unique aspects – not just ‘run of the mill’ tools. - Everything I learned will be applicable in the future of my business to myself and the people I work with. - The models were beneficial but seeing and practising application made it stick and made it relevant. - Every section had beneficial take home points. Chris (trainer) was a fantastic presenter, really knowledgeable and experienced. He allowed for tangential conversation were beneficial and made the content relevant to each of us. Good feature of splitting common points out into positive actions “we will / are” statements. Going through diagrams on the flipcharts was a good way to double digest the concepts. 100/100

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. Trainer's presentation: Excellent style and engaging all around. Great rapport with the class. Never an easy task to present to a room of professionals, but Chris pulled it off.

The course had good structure and pace. Useful consolidation of topics which we can put into context within the company's culture and meetings. The trainer was clear and attentive and tailored the discussions to our needs and additional questions.

I found the material very helpful and it can be used in both personal and work life. I believe that I will use many of the subjects that have been covered in the course. I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

Really useful and practical, drawing on plenty of real world examples. Provided plenty of guidance for dealing with a range of situations. Useful to hear of examples from other industrial sectors. Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

I found all the course content useful across all topics and will apply a number of these models in real-life world. Presentation was excellent throughout. Well structured, well planned and well delivered. Interactive and engaging. Thanks Chris!

The course content was outstanding. Each topic was presented in a logical sequence, building effectively on the previous one. I encountered some impressive models that were entirely new to me, as well as some familiar ones that were presented with fresh perspectives, prompting deeper reflection. The presentation was excellent, with everything clearly visible and easy to grasp. The presenter's skills were exceptional—important information was effectively reiterated, connections were made seamlessly, and the use of hand gestures and clear speech enhanced the delivery. This is the best course I have attended. I had never seen a green screen used in a training course before, and it was truly impressive. It immediately caught my attention as a unique approach. Watching the board being written on in real-time was nothing short of genius.

The course content was excellent with useful, concise management techniques that I have never been tutored in. I will be able to put to use all of the course content. Chris presented the course in a friendly and professional manner, with personal stories. This made the two days very engaging and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

I found the course content to be interesting, engaging and stimulating across both days. I especially enjoyed the references made to philosophy and the application of ancient thinkers such as Aristotle. The trainer is a great public speaker and gives an energetic presentation, displaying a thorough interest in the course content which transcends into the audience.

I feel really positive. The course was extremely comprehensive and very interactive. It's a rare course where I would be happy to keep going at the end of the day. Lots of good, practical tools to use. Will look forward to applying it. Manual is good, well-structured and clear to follow. The trainer was highly engaging, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Kept to time well, open to questions and challenge. Really enjoyed the two days.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with.
