I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

I found all the course content useful across all topics and will apply a number of these models in real-life world. Presentation was excellent throughout. Well structured, well planned and well delivered. Interactive and engaging. Thanks Chris!

The course content was excellent with useful, concise management techniques that I have never been tutored in. I will be able to put to use all of the course content. Chris presented the course in a friendly and professional manner, with personal stories. This made the two days very engaging and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The course was very motivating, with the right level of content, delivered in digestible sections. Conflict management - wrong box/right box, this has never been covered in much detail in other internal courses. Trainer was smart and professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

I found all of this course beneficial, both personally and professionally. I found the practical tools for work organisation particularly useful; identifying where I loose time; tools to be less overwhelmed; how to manage my time more effectively. The trainer was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable with relevant examples.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. Trainer's presentation: Excellent style and engaging all around. Great rapport with the class. Never an easy task to present to a room of professionals, but Chris pulled it off.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. I'm impressed by quality of materials. They were not vague, but very specific, not boring, not what you usually hear on typical training. I found this course useful in summarising key elements of leadership and management qualities, together with using real life situations to demonstrate how to implement those elements. The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.

The content was broad and covered a great deal of ground. However there was always time to ask questions and gain further clarity. I've enjoyed every minute! Enthusiastic and dynamic style. Extremely personable and very encouraging. Fabulous!

The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. The course content was very detailed, informative and useful for everyday life and working life. Practical solutions to problems, how to organise and use time wisely and also role play for conflict management. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. I really liked that it was all based on a positive mind set, encouragement and 'How to get the best from yourselves and others'. I think everyone regardless of their role could learn something from this course.

The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. I found most benefit from the psychology of language in terms of conflict and conversation. Chris was a fantastic presenter. Incredibly engaging and made sure everything was clearly understood. The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

EVERYTHING on this course was beneficial! It was definitely the course I needed. I was worried that it would be a bit dry, or it would be too high level, but everything was made relevant and interesting. It all flowed really well together. Alison is so insightful and interesting. Both days flew by and I want to make it a business case that everyone in my team has this training. The trainer presentation was upbeat, approachable, energetic, interesting, knowledgeable. A thoroughly enjoyable session.

The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

Excellent course content that will be very useful. Good, practical tools provided, as well as some thought-provoking aspects. Will be beneficial in all areas of life - not just work. The trainer's presentation was clear, targeted, believed his own material, obviously 'lived' what he spoke about. Inspirational to me. Good blend of 'serious' content delivered well.

I now understand that lack of appreciation is often the cause of conflict and that an efficient leader should seek to change the future behaviour. The trainers were very practical, clear and able to communicate very efficiently. They were unambiguous and made the sessions very interesting.

The course content I found to be really interesting, with learning various theories into why and how we do as humans what we do. The content of the course was very good with lots of thought-provoking topics, eg use of words, dealing with conflict, planning and prioritising. There was lots of material to cover but the trainer covered it at a good speed with lots of small sessions of thinking time. Writing our own action plan was a great idea as much more likely to focus on what is important to us.

Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. This was an excellent course! Chris was very clear and able to provide plenty of examples / scenarios that demonstrated the content. Excellent!
