Most people don’t know how to do this well; they make basic mistakes, such as getting angry, or upset, or simply evading the issue, all which makes the situation worse. So, in order to change peoples’ behaviour, we need to learn how to apply excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
This online course teaches you the best ways to handle difficult people and to affect a change in their behaviour, by using the correct words and timing, together with the right voice tones and body language.
