We are here to answer the questions: When dealing with other people, how can we get the best results possible? How are we perceived by others?
How to manage the emotional aspects of dealing with difficult people.
How to manage the conversation itself, what to say and what not to say.
When it is right to stand firm and when you should give ground and compromise.
