Very constructive and thorough. Broke down many aspects of human and office culture. This training course makes you think and approach situations differently. The presentation was very clear and helpful. Great use of personal examples and experiences to help relate to topics in the course. Breaks down each topic very well and a good listener as sell as giving back advice.

  • We have just completed a customer service training course with Corporate Coach Group. The training was excellent, very applicable, as they tailored this to our requirements. The course leader Chris Farmer was brilliant.

  • Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box/right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models. As well as giving me the confidence to start better prioritising my work and others in my team.

  • The course content will be of great value to any manager on the journey through their life-long career. Chris is a true practitioner of the concepts taught during this course. This helps the delegates believe they are practical not just theoretical.

  • I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. I have learnt a lot from these courses and how they will help me to approach different scenarios with managing my team. Marco and Chris were very informative and personable. It made it much easier to focus and engage in each task. The technology was very good. That combined with the presenters allowed for me to easily understand the sessions.
