Online Management Development Training Course Overview
This course is over two consecutive days via either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The session starts at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm.
This management development training is divided into four interrelated modules, which combine to give managers the knowledge they require to be successful.
Day one morning: Self-assessment to discover your training objectives. Then we cover goal setting, accurate use of language and clear communication. Followed by how to turn negative conversations into positive.
Day one afternoon: Conflict management and performance management. How to rationalise conflicts and not emotionalise them. How to negotiate solutions. When to compromise and when to stand your ground and not compromise. Body language and voice tones. Appreciation and praise.
Day two morning: Time management training. How to overcome procrastination. Prioritisation, delegation, handling interruptions. Problem solving and decision making. How to avoid busy work and time wasters. Become more productive.
Day two afternoon: Emotional management. How to minimise negative emotions (worry). How to create confidence. How to inspire a positive work atmosphere. Leadership. Continuous improvement.
