Who Do you Think you Are?

Who Do You Think You Are?

You are not what you think you are, but what you think, you are!

You become whatever you think about.

  • If you spend your time thinking about your fears, you'll feel anxious.
  • If you spend your time thinking about how badly you've been treated, you'll feel angry.
  • If you spend your time thinking about plans for a better future, you'll feel optimistic.

The thing to remember is that the main direction of your life is not determined by chance, or the Gods, or by the government, or by the boss.

The main direction of your life is determined by your thoughts.

Your thoughts, cause your feelings; your feelings cause your actions, and your actions cause your results. It looks like this:

So you can see, that your thoughts start a chain-reaction that leads to your results, in life.

You become whatever you think about.

You can control what you think about

Only you control what you think.

Nobody controls your thoughts, but you.

Only you know what you are thinking.

You SHOULD control your thoughts

Because you become what you think about, and because you are the only one who can control what you think about, then you should - no, you MUST - control what you think about.

Don't think about your fears

Don't think about the bad things that have happened in the past. Don't think anger-thoughts. If you think fear thoughts, you get poor results. It looks like this:

Think about your goals, your plans, and how you can make them real

You become what you think about, so it is important you concentrate the majority share of your thought-power onto what you want, and how you can get it. It looks like this:

Summary

  • You become what you think about.
  • If you want to win, you must control your thoughts.
  • Don't think fear-thoughts.
  • Don't think anger-thoughts.
  • Instead focus your mind onto your goals, your plans and how you can make a better future, for yourself and your family.
  • Then go to work to make it real.
