This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I found learning the different processes really helpful. Having different models and matrix for scenarios is a great way to remember these tools. I really liked having the summary pages. The trainer's presentation was very good. Would have been nice to have some time for discussion, but time would make this difficult.

  • The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

  • Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.
