Live Online Supervisory Virtual Training

All supervisors, from all industries, facilitate the achievement of goals, manage tasks and motivate people. Supervisory training is designed to help supervisors master the special skills required to be successful in their role.

Consequently, this two-day supervisory management course teaches the following sets of supervisory skills. The ability to set goals for the team. Communication, because every supervisor must make themselves clearly understood. Time management, because supervisors must ensure maximum productivity, by organising tasks in a systematic and logical way. Conflict/performance management, because occasional conflict is inevitable. Self-motivation, because supervisors are under a lot of pressure, which can be demotivating for some. Motivating others, to inspire action to achieve the goal.

I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations just with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.
I have taken a lot of helpful stuff from this training and it will benefit me to become better with dealing with others at work. The presentation was great. One of the best training courses I have been on. Fantastic trainers.
