Live Online Supervisory Virtual Training

Online Supervisor Management Skills Training Course Overview
The two days are delivered consecutively via either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The sessions start at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm.
Supervisory training has three fundamental themes, communicating goals; organising tasks; motivating people. Each of these themes contains many subset supervisory skills, which we cover over two days:
Day One: The role of supervisory management. Self-assessment and personal training objectives. SMART goals, clear communication, performance management, conflict management, motivation by praise and appreciation.
Day Two: Time management, problem solving, planning, prioritisation, delegation, creating the right team spirit, self-confidence, leadership skills, continuous improvement, optimism.
After this course, supervisory managers always feel highly motivated and better equipped with the knowledge they have learned, to succeed in their vital roles.
