This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • It was a very beneficial course throughout the two days. I found the conflict section particularly helpful but feel there is something from every section that I can put into practice. Chris was very good and kept the course on track. He was clear, thorough, and gave plenty of real-life examples. He kept to timings extremely well

Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

The trainer's presentation was very good, and he gave good examples and provided solutions to situations. He was clear and clarified anything that wasn't understood.
