This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

  • The two-day course was very helpful and covered many topics. The trainer linked the modules together very well so they were easy to understand. Time management and human psychology modules were particularly beneficial. Took notes and adopted methods that I will go on to implement in the work place. Chris is a fantastic trainer and delivers his message in an easy to understand manner.

  • The course content was useful and practical. Examples used showed how they would be applied in different situations at work. The trainer's presentation was well delivered in bite-size, easy understand chunks, with examples to back up. Delivered with enthusiasm and belief.

  • The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.
