This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • On this course, I particularly liked the way principals were broken down in explanation and then built back up to give a better understanding. The section on conflict was extremely interesting, mainly to do with the language used. The trainer was very clear and precise.

Good feature of splitting common points out into positive actions “we will / are” statements. Going through diagrams on the flipcharts was a good way to double digest the concepts. 100/100

  • Very well structured. Not too simple, but not overly complicated. The whole day was beneficial. Trainer had a very good manner. He was approachable friendly knowledgeable and fun.

  • Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.
