This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Excellent course, very informative and well structured. Good levels of trainer talking, group discussion and writing. Good examples from personal experience. The trainer was very good, with a clear and concise message and happy to help with queries. Good booklet to take away as reminder.

  • The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Explains fantastically through use of examples.

  • The course content felt quite packed, but not in a negative way. A lot of information was covered, which encourages revisiting the material in the coming weeks and months to fully appreciate and continue the learn. For me the time management and goal setting were most beneficial. Chris was calm and measured in his manner. He come across as confident and well versed in the material. He managed to present the information in a clear and precise manner, not once did it approach feeling overwhelming.

  • Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

  • It has been great to discuss and learn about our behaviour patterns, the way to deal with both positive and negative aspects of dealing with colleagues and be able to use a system for all aspects of our roll that will enhance our ability to perform better.
