This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Pleasantly surprised, having been on many courses over the years, there was much new information on this course, which was great. The trainer's presentation was enjoyable and he was knowledgeable.

  • The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. Opportunity for group discussion, happy for questions.

The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.
