This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal.   • I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

  • The course content was spot on. It covered everything I expected and what is required for my role. The most fascinating thing for me was the eight part SMART, the decision matrix, right box-wrong box and identifying success or failure of staff. The trainer's presentation was clear and precise. Explained very well and was on time.
