In-House Training Course Pricing and Proposal

This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I felt a bit ambivalent about attending this course, but found myself enjoying a most varied, interesting, stimulating and rewarding day. Trainers presentation was excellent. He was confident, knowledgeable, competent, well organised, the presentation and book very well sewn together.

  • Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

  • This course was very informative, especially around objective language and how to deal with conflicts effectively. The Reason vs Excuse section was also very interesting and useful, as was the wrong box, right box method. The trainer was excellent. Very knowledgeable and approachable.
