This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • The course content was excellent; initially concerned there was too much content, but was covered efficiently. The trainer's presentation: Excellent engagement, just enough group involvement and great examples of experiences.

  • I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

  • Thinking about problem-solving in a creative way will be very beneficial, as will breaking down issues into the various categories. Thinking also about how to engage and encourage was helpful. The course content was diverse, engaging and has motivated me! Presentation was clear and engaging.
