This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • The course was very informative with different topics, views and ideas. Very full two days and I was never bored. I have learned a great deal that I can apply effectively in my job. The trainer had an excellent style of presentation. He used different mediums: book, flip chart and screen. There were a lot of interesting diagrams, group discussions and interactions.

  • Almost everything was beneficial. I know I will better my performance. Day one was incredibly helpful, the uses of Matrix and real-life examples was extremely valuable and kept my focus. The presentation was outstanding. Completely engaging the whole way through and managed to maintain same level of enthusiasm throughout the two days.

Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.
