This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • The course was beneficial in learning the correct words/format of putting things in a more positive way. I now know I'm more confident to handle my team, again in a more positive way. The trainer is very good at what he does and kept us participating and engaged at all times, which can be hard and which I found very inspiring.

  • I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

  • It was an absolute pleasure to attend the 2-day Leadership and Management Training Course in London with Chris from The Corporate Coach Group. The course was clearly structured, with a helpful agenda shared at the start of each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The content was rich — almost too much to digest in one go (in the best possible way!). Day 1 in particular was packed with valuable insights and practical tools. Chris was an excellent trainer, with standout presentation skills. I especially appreciated his use of visuals and physical cues (like hand signs) to reinforce key points — very effective and memorable. I honestly can’t recommend this course highly enough.

I found the sections on time management, dealing with difficult conversations and how to keep yourself motivated, very useful. The information was clear and concise. Again a good balance in the way it was taught. The examples and good humour helped with understanding the various models.

I would be happy to delve into more areas. The trainer had great momentum, gave clear explanations. I love a flow chart so found the visuals very helpful.
