This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I found the course very beneficial. Particularly the mind over mood, prioritisation, the future good, practical alternatives, avoiding the negative and being objective. The trainer was great with engaging delivery and use of real-life examples. It was also nice to have something different to Powerpoint.

  • I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

  • The course gave me excellent awareness of the importance of negotiation preparation, success formula, persuasion techniques and consequences. The trainer's presentation was excellent.
