This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • This was my first virtual training and I found the set up with the green screen/ virtual whiteboard, very organised and presented. The content included a lot of very interesting topics. I was really pleased to attend the course and being given the tools I need to improve my communication skills, not only for work purposes, but beyond that. Both Chris and Marco did a great job delivering the course. The course delivery was very interactive and interesting throughout the whole day, at times eye-opening. I appreciated all the whiteboard notes, having a photographic memory it really helped me a lot to retain the information.

The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

I especially found the decision making matrix to be useful and also the use of Edison's story which was engaging and very interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainer's presentation was a very good pace, enough time to think and understand and yet we covered a lot of topics. Everything was explained in clear language.

  • Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.
