This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I was very pleased with the course content and learned a lot of new things, some of which I can also use in my personal life, in addition to professional. Trainer's presentation was varied in terms of practical and theory. Good balance, not too much role play, which some courses end up doing.

  • The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Explains fantastically through use of examples.

  • Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

  • I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

  • The course content was broad and complete. I will review several times to make it go in. I really enjoyed it. Excellent life skills also. The trainer was engaging and interesting.

  • On this course, I particularly liked the way principals were broken down in explanation and then built back up to give a better understanding. The section on conflict was extremely interesting, mainly to do with the language used. The trainer was very clear and precise.
