This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I've been on many management development training courses. This one was great because it didn't just focus on theory, there were lots of useful ideas that I can take back to the workplace and apply, for example the website templates. The trainer's presentation was excellent and very clear.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

  • I found the conflict management tools, wrong box/right box, very helpful. As was delegation and time management. It is helpful to reinforce these things and stops you just acting to type (which sometimes isn't the right course of action). The trainer kept things moving with good momentum, energy and examples. I always find examples helpful and it was good to give delegates time to share their own examples/ideas too.

  • The course content was great and I found the conflict resolution and distinguishing feedback from insults super insightful. I also really appreciate all the tips and advice about delegation and task planning which I will be taking back to use. The presentation made the content really come to light and made is easy to understand. The trainer was super insightful with tips and tricks to use in real life situations. I really appreciate all the knowledge this course has given me.
