• Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Thank you so much Chris, I know this will literally change my life for the better!

• The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

• Course content is on point. A useful handbook with practical implementation. The course follow-up is a bonus. Would perhaps like time to focus on own work specific examples more. The trainer took a measured, engaging approach. Pace was just right and he did not make you feel negatively about performance at work, or being right or wrong.
