This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

  • I found learning the different processes really helpful. Having different models and matrix for scenarios is a great way to remember these tools. I really liked having the summary pages. I would be happy to delve into more areas. The trainer had great momentum, gave clear explanations. I love a flow chart so found the visuals very helpful. Thank you, it has been so helpful and can't wait to put it into practice.

Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)
