This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

  • The course content was very useful, gave a great insight into how to effectively manage time and working relationships with other people. Trainer's presentation was very interactive, less computer based and more done on the flip board.

Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

The trainer took a measured, engaging approach. Pace was just right and he did not make you feel negatively about performance at work, or being right or wrong. Perfect use of humour and measured examples.

  • I found the topics on 'accurate communicator' and 'inspiring', very useful. The SMART plan I will use in my workplace and hopefully change my thoughts. The training delivered a very good course, which, truthfully, I never though I'd enjoy, but I found the course very useful.

  • I really benefitted from the wrong box/right box technique as I find it difficult to deal with conflict constructively. The Trainer was very clear, concise and his knowledge of subject was inspiring. Was glad it wasn't death by PowerPoint!
