This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I thought the course content was interesting and I am looking forward to applying the skills and techniques offered throughout. Having managed a team for five years without this information, it will be interesting to see the changes after practising these skills. The trainer kept me engaged throughout and interested in what was being presented. I can often be quite easily distracted but I found the course content and delivery interesting.

  • The course content with excellent, covering and explaining assertiveness in great depth, with well chosen practical examples. I learned a lot of techniques that can be put to use on a daily basis. The trainer's presentation was well structured. Clear instruction was given with good use of workbook and projected material. The trainer was very amenable to taking questions and interactive with audience.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • The course content was excellent; initially concerned there was too much content, but was covered efficiently. The trainer's presentation: Excellent engagement, just enough group involvement and great examples of experiences.

  • An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life. The trainer was engaging, maintained interest of the group. Good explanations of the content, in easy to understand terms.

  • Excellent course content that will be very useful. Good, practical tools provided, as well as some thought-provoking aspects. Will be beneficial in all areas of life - not just work. The trainer's presentation was clear, targeted, believed his own material, obviously 'lived' what he spoke about. Inspirational to me. Good blend of 'serious' content delivered well.
