Online Inspirational Leadership Training Course Overview
This course is over two consecutive days via either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The sessions start at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We finish at 4.30pm. The course is interesting, interactive, engaging and inspirational!
Part one: We teach the model that describes the shared attributes of all inspirational leaders. Then we study them one by one, beginning with the ability to communicate a vision for a better future.
Part two: Inspirational leaders resolve internal conflicts within the team because they know “a divided house cannot stand” (Abraham Lincoln). Leaders also know when to concede and when to stand firm.
Part three: Inspirational leaders are systematic, organised and purposeful. Leaders plan and build strategy and tactics. Leaders solve problems and make good decisions.
Part four: Not all motivators are inspirational. We demonstrate the inherent dangers of using negative emotions such as fear and anger to motivate people, (project fear). We explain the benefits of using inspiration and positive emotions as your “Prime Mover”. We teach the best ways to induce positive emotions into the minds of others. The language of leadership.
