This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Course content was detailed, engaging and fun. Enjoyed the practical tasks and sessions. Trainer's presentation was very good, clear with appropriate levels of anecdotal context and examples.

  • I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary.   • This course was very informative, especially around objective language and how to deal with conflicts effectively. The Reason vs Excuse section was also very interesting and useful, as was the wrong box, right box method. The trainer was excellent. Very knowledgeable and approachable.

I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating
