The Communication Skills open training course costs only £475 +VAT per delegate.
For this price we provide:
- A full day of quality training
- Total of 6 CPD training hours (9am - 4.30pm), plus an additional 2-3 via post-course online independent learning
- Cooked lunch, coffee, tea and cakes
- Full digital interactive course notes
- Training certificate
- Access to additional free training material after the course
- 3 months free telephone coaching: Whilst you are implementing what you have learned, if you need to, you can contact us for support and guidance
Open Course Timings
The training timings are as follows.
- 0900 Start
- 1100 Tea break, fifteen minutes.
- 1300 Lunch, thirty minutes.
- 1500 Tea Break, fifteen minutes.
- 1630 Finish
If you arrive earlier than 0900, there is coffee / tea waiting for you.
The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)
