This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

  • The course content was informative and interesting with content varied, to include specific questions we required answering which was good. The trainer's presentation was very good as always, Chris manages to get a good balance between informative and interesting without boredom settling in.

  • I now understand that lack of appreciation is often the cause of conflict and that an efficient leader should seek to change the future behaviour. The trainers were very practical, clear and able to communicate very efficiently. They were unambiguous and made the sessions very interesting.
