This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

Great content, the modules on communication and conflict in particular were insightful and structured. Chris, the trainer, was approachable, clear and concise. The notes provided are good for future reference. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

  • The course contained concise, relevant content. Lots of tangible 'real' life scenarios, a good balance of teacher to pupil talk vs pupil activity to retain interest. The trainer's presentation was entertaining, informative, well prepared, no question dodged!

  • The course content was incredibly practical and extremely beneficial in terms of lots of take-away tools. The trainer was very knowledgeable, encouraging and good humoured. Excellent practical/ real-life examples of how content can be applied. Managed time really well.

A lot of information was covered, which encourages revisiting the material in the coming weeks and months to fully appreciate and continue the learn. For me the time management and goal setting were most beneficial. Chris was calm and measured in his manner. He come across as confident and well versed in the material. He managed to present the information in a clear and precise manner, not once did it approach feeling overwhelming.
