This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • The course helped me to see things from different perspective (eg success formula). I can now identify workload and its value better. I learned new methods that will be helpful to organise my workload. The Trainer was really engaging, well structured, and I barely felt tired after lunch! I liked the personal stories.

  • The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

  • Great subjects taught as they are really adaptable to different situations. We were all from different kinds of organisation, but we all go back with a good toolbox. The Presenter was inspiring with good positivity. He used clear examples which are easy to understand as based on real-life experiences.

  • Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

  • I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.
