What is the second course about?
This second course intended to strengthen the knowledge you gained on the first course, and then to further increase your capabilities by teaching new concepts, in the form of well-structured models, and their associated skills and habits.
The purpose of this course is to give you definite advice which explains what to do, (and what NOT to do), in order to be more successful in your goal of getting the best performance from yourself and others.

We want to re-establish the fundamental principles of the first course so we can set the context for the second course.

On this course we will follow the same basic order of progression as the first course: But the material will be new material, and will advance your knowledge and increase your skills in the practical arts of leadership: Purposeful and clear communication: Handling conflict and difficult people: Decision making and planning: Self-confidence and self-determination: Inspiring a sense of rational optimism in yourself and others.
- Day one – Morning: Purposeful, clear communication.
- Day one – Afternoon: Conflict management.
- Day two – Morning: Prioritisation, planning, problem solving and decision making.
- Day two – Afternoon: Positive emotions: How to inspire yourself: then, how to inspire others.
Action plans and close.
After the course, all attendees feel excited; because they know they have acquired a lot of practical knowledge which helps people build a better future.
