This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • It has been great to discuss and learn about our behaviour patterns, the way to deal with both positive and negative aspects of dealing with colleagues and be able to use a system for all aspects of our roll that will enhance our ability to perform better. The training presentation was excellent, engaging and informative.

  • The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

  • The course content felt quite packed, but not in a negative way. A lot of information was covered, which encourages revisiting the material in the coming weeks and months to fully appreciate and continue the learn. For me the time management and goal setting were most beneficial. Chris was calm and measured in his manner. He come across as confident and well versed in the material. He managed to present the information in a clear and precise manner, not once did it approach feeling overwhelming.

  • The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. Trainer's presentation: Excellent style and engaging all around. Great rapport with the class. Never an easy task to present to a room of professionals, but Chris pulled it off.

  • The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

  • The course was practical and relevant to our environment at work. Effective use of role play and examples. Resulted in good team input and collective engagement. A great result for us. Trainer's presentation made good use of examples and was a good communicator.
