This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • Excellent content on managing conflict. Most important part for me was 'wrong box/right box' method. Taking emotion out of conflict. Good clear presentation, very useful role playing. Helped us relate course content to ourselves individually.

  • Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

Took the content beyond time management into concepts and tools that can aid work and personal productivity. The Trainer was really good. Enjoyed the use of flipchart to work through concepts and our thoughts and ideas as we went along.

  • The course content was very good. The content focussed on logical methods, measurable and less on what I would describe as 'arty farty'. The afternoon session was especially interesting. The trainer’s presentation was very good. I found it logical, easy to follow

  • I thought the course was well structured and thought out. It gave me good practices that I can take back and implement at work and some ideas to improve my own personal habits. The trainer was clear, concise and friendly. Sometimes courses are daunting, but I felt at ease straight away.
