Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • The training course content was very good, makes you think about how you talk to others and how to change. It demonstrates ways to have clear action plans to achieve targets you set yourself and the company set for you. The trainer was very knowledgeable about his subject and made it interesting and enjoyable.

  • The course content was excellent, thorough and well structured. If only I'd had this 15 years ago at the start of my professional career, things might have been a bit easier! The trainer's presentation was very good. Would have been nice to have some time for discussion, but time would make this difficult.

  • The course content was really inspiring. To learn about the effect of how you use language will be invaluable, getting the most from myself and my team. The trainer was excellent in the delivery of the course. He has a friendly nature and was clear and extremely insightful in all aspects of the course.

  • A lot of content to go through but all useful. Interesting way of introducing action points. I will think about that. Liked the way conflict resolution started with clarity. Trainer's presentation was engaging and knowledgeable

  • The course content was outstanding. Each topic was presented in a logical sequence, building effectively on the previous one. I encountered some impressive models that were entirely new to me, as well as some familiar ones that were presented with fresh perspectives, prompting deeper reflection. The presentation was excellent, with everything clearly visible and easy to grasp. The presenter's skills were exceptional—important information was effectively reiterated, connections were made seamlessly, and the use of hand gestures and clear speech enhanced the delivery. This is the best course I have attended. I had never seen a green screen used in a training course before, and it was truly impressive. It immediately caught my attention as a unique approach. Watching the board being written on in real-time was nothing short of genius.

  • The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.
