This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

  • I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.
