Score the policy out of 100 for each of the following questions.
If the question is not applicable to the policy, then score that question 100%.
Principle 1: Governments and Politicians must recognise that the People hold sovereign power over them.
1a. To what degree does this policy or law, increase the power politicians have over the daily lives and choices of UK citizens?
If the law increases politicians' power to interfere with the daily lives and choices of citizens, then score the policy LOWER.
If the law increases the choices available to citizens; if it maximises the exercise of personal initiative and judgement, then score the policy HIGHER.
1b. To what degree does this policy put the interests of foreign agencies and organisations OVER and ABOVE the expressed will of the British People.
If the law does put the interests of foreign agencies over and above the expressed will and benefit of the British People, OR action without their proper consultation, then score LOWER.
If the law does put the interests of the British People over and above the conflicting will of foreign powers, organisations, or political unions then score it HIGHER.
Principle 2: Politicians must minimise the restrictions they impose on British people’s Freedoms, Rights and Liberties.
Because the first duty of government is the protection of the Liberties and Freedoms of its citizens.
Our government must be the protectors of our freedoms.
2. To what degree does this law reduce the restrictions that politicians and government agencies impose on British people’s rights, freedoms and liberties?
If the law reduces people’s basic rights, freedoms and liberties, (i.e. the law increases powers of politicians and the state to interfere with people’s free choices) then score LOWER.

Principle 3: Governments must reduce taxes to the minimum and gain the maximum advantage for every tax pound they spend.

If the law reduces taxes, on any segment of the population, then score HIGHER.
3b. To what degree does this law impose obligations of government agencies to increase efficiencies (increase productivity and simultaneously lower costs)?
If the law causes inefficiencies by increasing costs, and / or decreasing productivity, then score LOWER.
If the law imposes legal obligations on public services to increase efficiencies, by increasing productivity whilst simultaneously lowering costs, then score HIGHER.
Principle 4: Politicians must recognise that wealth and property is owned first by the people who created it: Not by the politicians who like to tax and take it.

Principle 5: Governments must provide National Security from foreign and domestic coercive threats.
5a. To what degree does this law secure the UK sovereign borders from breach and invasion?
If the law reduces the security of the UK sovereign borders, then score LOWER.
If the law increases the security of UK sovereign borders, then score HIGHER.
5b. To what degree does this law protect UK citizens from coercive threats from external agencies, such as foreign governments or foreign powers?
If the law reduces the capacity of UK security and defence forces to repel external coercive threats, then score LOWER.
If the law increases the capacity of UK security and defence forces to repel external coercive threats, then score HIGHER.
5c. To what degree does this law protect UK citizens from coercive threats from INTERNAL agencies, and insurgent organisations?
If the law reduces the capacity of UK forces to repel internal coercive threats, then score LOWER.
If the law increases the capacity of UK security forces to repel Internal coercive threats, then score HIGHER.
5d. To what degree does this law protect UK citizens from unjust coercive threats from the UK government and its agencies.

Principle 7: The Public Sector provides key services (which we call Reserve Listed Government Functions) which MUST NOT be managed by the Private Sector: These functions include the Police, Judiciary, Courts and Military.
7. To what degree does this law outsource the management, selection and oversight of RESERVE LISTED GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS (including the Armed forces, Security services, Police, Judiciary, Prisons, Customs and immigration) to private industry who have no knowledge nor expertise in that specialised field of activity?
If the law increases private sector involvement in the Reserve Listed Government Functions, then LOWER the score.
