What Is Total Wellness – How Do We Achieve It?

This course expands on this free webinar Total Wellness Training

Total wellness means feeling strong in both mind and body. These two parts of us cannot be separated : when one suffers, the other is affected. A sick body affects our emotions. And a stressed mind will harm the body’s energy, health, and even immune system.

Western medicine is excellent in many ways, but it often treats wellness as simply “not being ill.” But Total Wellness goes further than Western Medicine. It means creating a healthy body and a strong, optimistic mind: without the use of alcohol, drugs, or chemical medications. This course will show you how to eliminate toxic habits that cause emotional distress and to replace them with good health habits that build Total Wellness and vitality.

Course Overview

This course runs along two tracks: Physical wellness and Mental wellness. Each of these has specific causes, which offers us real solutions. On this course we discover what common daily habits harm body and mind, and what new habits you can start using immediately to feel better. These two tracks come together to help you build a state of Total Wellness: Where body and mind work together to give us more health, energy, confidence, optimism and joy.
