This course is available from just £2,150 +VAT per day as a bespoke in-house group training course in the UK and worldwide.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)

  • I found the course content very interesting and believe that many of the topics can be integrated into my working day, to enable me to complete more productive and valuable work. The presentation was excellent, informative and easy to understand. The diagrams were especially useful.

  • The course had good structure and pace. Useful consolidation of topics which we can put into context within the company's culture and meetings. The trainer was clear and attentive and tailored the discussions to our needs and additional questions.

Trainer's Presentation was excellent, thorough and inspirational. I was particularly impressed with how he dealt with slightly off-topic contributions from some attendees and also those with slightly less developed language skills. Very demographic.

  • Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

  • I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.
