What is Leadership and Management Training?
On day one, we begin by exploring the six key skills of leadership and management, helping you to create your own leadership style. You'll learn how to set and achieve your goals, communicate more clearly; effectively manage conflict and poor performance. We finish day one by emphasising the need to give people honest appreciation and praise.
Day two focuses on improving productivity by prioritizing tasks, delegating effectively, making sound decisions, and solving problems. In the afternoon we discover new emotional management techniques which inspire teams to give their best efforts, as well as how to structure appraisal interviews and implement continuous improvement.
At the end of this course, you'll have a complete understanding of the skills it takes to be a successful leader manager. You'll return to work with the confidence and knowledge to get the best from yourself and your team.
