At work, we must all achieve goals. Therefore, we must know how to properly set specific goals.
We also all need to communicate effectively in order to understand others, and to make ourselves clearly understood.
In addition, when occasional misunderstandings or disagreements occur, we must know how to resolve conflicts and regain cooperation, as we can only achieve our goals with the willing cooperation of others.
Finally, we need to motivate others by giving praise, showing appreciation and always finishing every conversation on a positive note.
This online course covers all these topics and delegates will leave feeling motivated and excited to put their new knowledge into practice.
