Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. This course has not only benefited me as a manager, but also helped me improve as a person. Alison was a very knowledgeable and informative presenter, clearly understanding each members need to be there. An absolute credit to her profession.

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. He made sure that we left knowing exactly what we needed to work on and how we can implement the changes. Thank you!

Excellent content with summaries of all important points. SMART targets and 8 Success formula questions were most beneficial. The presentation had a good balance between light-heartedness and importance. Take home messages were well reinforced.

I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! The course was very motivating, with the right level of content, delivered in digestible sections. Conflict management - wrong box/right box, this has never been covered in much detail in other internal courses. Trainer was smart and professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

Technology is fantastic, it is like being in the room with them. Great for learning as it is interactive, they are standing in front of the screen they are writing on which I found so helpful. They aren't just reading it out to you, they write and go through everything with you. I found the technology they use is the next best thing to real life face-to-face teaching. Marco and Chris writing on the tablet which comes up on the main screen I found helpful as it made the course more personal and detailed with their own pictures and clearly laid out tables or graphs etc.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.

I now understand that lack of appreciation is often the cause of conflict and that an efficient leader should seek to change the future behaviour. The trainers were very practical, clear and able to communicate very efficiently. They were unambiguous and made the sessions very interesting.
