I feel really positive. The course was extremely comprehensive and very interactive. It's a rare course where I would be happy to keep going at the end of the day. Lots of good, practical tools to use. Will look forward to applying it. Manual is good, well-structured and clear to follow. The trainer was highly engaging, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Kept to time well, open to questions and challenge. Really enjoyed the two days.

The course was extremely helpful, I really enjoyed the whole content. I found particularly helpful and will implement in my day to day work: Conflict management – rational objective language; 8 Part SMART questions; Time management matrix. Chris’ presentation was very informative, polite and friendly; very knowledgeable. Chris did not lose momentum or seem to lag, or become tired during the two days.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! The trainer was approachable and empathetic, offering a very efficiently run course. He shares depth and breadth of knowledge through engaging storytelling, weaving in history and philosophy. His dedication to making a difference in people's lives if really evident.

A valuable, well-balanced course which covered the key elements I was looking for; self-improvement to achieve both own and work-related goals. The trainer's presentation was excellent. Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Thank you so much Chris, I know this will literally change my life for the better!

Detailed course with a lot of information to impart, which must be difficult to condense. It was divided into easy chunks and was very clear and structured. The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

The course content was perfect, with detailed notes that interlinked with the full two-day presentation, including interaction throughout. The trainer was planned and prepared. He presented based on course notes fluently with no need to refer to notes. Maintained focus and attentiveness for full two days.

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

I will probably use all of the information used, particularly the time management, the flow chart of the way I impact on an employee or person, and how to respond and give criticism in a constructive way. The content was amazing, I learnt a lot of good advice and information. I especially enjoyed the conflict resolution and emotions parts. The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. I really enjoyed the course, so many different modules covered that I will find useful in my professional life. It has been great to discuss and learn about our behaviour patterns, the way to deal with both positive and negative aspects of dealing with colleagues and be able to use a system for all aspects of our roll that will enhance our ability to perform better. Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. Most useful to be given tools to use for all of the theories to put into practice. Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.
