The course content is practical and adaptable to everyday living – not just work! I am sure that the skills I have learnt will come into immediate use and I urge other new managers to take this course. The trainer’s presentation was fantastic and he delivered the presentation exceptionally. He was helpful, energetic, inspiring and fun.

I really enjoyed the course, so many different modules covered that I will find useful in my professional life. I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

The course content contained a number of key tools that I can use with my direct reports and in relation to my own performance. Able to use immediately. The course brought out a number of areas, previously learned, back to the surface. The trainer's presentation was clear, direct and great pace. Managed all delegates expectations well. Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

I have learnt how to organise my work list in a way that is constructive and productive. To focus on the use of objective language. I found the section on conflict resolution very helpful. The 8 Smart plan and success formula is something I look forward to implementing. The trainer executed the presentation with excellence. His knowledge on the subject and obvious passion filtered through and I was hooked from day one. I cannot praise him enough! Thank you

The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice. Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. This was an excellent course! Chris was very clear and able to provide plenty of examples / scenarios that demonstrated the content. Excellent!

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I found this course useful in summarising key elements of leadership and management qualities, together with using real life situations to demonstrate how to implement those elements. The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

I recently completed The Communication Skills training course with Chris and found it extremely valuable. The content was well structured, engaging, and easy to apply to my day-to-day role. Chris was knowledgeable and encouraged participation throughout, which helped bring the topics to life. He also added a bit of humour throughout with the examples which was relatable. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises and real world examples from other participants too. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in this area.

I thought the technology was great! Really interactive and let us see in more detail what the leader was saying. Excellent use of green screen or whatever it was. Extensive content that was applicable to both professional and personal development, especially associated with time management, prioritisation and emotional management. The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. The two-day course was very helpful and covered many topics. The trainer linked the modules together very well so they were easy to understand. Time management and human psychology modules were particularly beneficial. Took notes and adopted methods that I will go on to implement in the work place. Chris is a fantastic trainer and delivers his message in an easy to understand manner.

I will probably use all of the information used, particularly the time management, the flow chart of the way I impact on an employee or person, and how to respond and give criticism in a constructive way.
