Excellent content with summaries of all important points. SMART targets and 8 Success formula questions were most beneficial. The presentation had a good balance between light-heartedness and importance. Take home messages were well reinforced.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The content was broad and covered a great deal of ground. However there was always time to ask questions and gain further clarity. I've enjoyed every minute! Enthusiastic and dynamic style. Extremely personable and very encouraging. Fabulous!

The course content was excellent and very detailed. I found the time management section very useful and lots of new methods to help me be better organised. I found the emotions section very interesting and a great way to approach the issues. Chris was an excellent trainer, very clear and worked at a good pace.

The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

The course content was very informative and detailed, relatable and useful. Easy to understand and absorb the information as well as enjoyable and entertaining. The course was particularly beneficial on how to use my time more productively with the decision matrix; how to get the best out of others and how to better manage my emotions, so they don't interfere with work. The trainer was great, with enthusiastic presentations with great personal examples. Very engaging and made me feel very comfortable. The presentation was fun and I found that I didn't loose concentration for the whole of the course.

I thought the course was very eye-opening and made me look at simple processes in a very different light and in much more depth. I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

The course was informative and made me question leadership skills that I have operated with for years, but made me see a fresh approach to dealing with different scenarios I am faced with.
