Training course content was outstanding! I have never attended a course with so much positive input. I feel reassured that much of my working practice is in line with this training. However it has sharpened my thoughts. The trainer's presentation was very good with very clear communication. Good logic and reason. Providing consistent named principles.

I found the course interesting and very interactive, Even though I had done this course previously the Right Box/Wrong Box really stood out today in the course, which I will definitely be using in the future. Excellent presentation by the trainer.100/100

The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

The content of the course was very good with lots of thought-provoking topics, eg use of words, dealing with conflict, planning and prioritising. There was lots of material to cover but the trainer covered it at a good speed with lots of small sessions of thinking time. Writing our own action plan was a great idea as much more likely to focus on what is important to us.

The training course could not have been better for me! Content was extremely relevant and context was spot on! Diagrams, processes and exercises were clear and accessible and I enjoyed every part. The trainer’s presentation was excellent for my learning style: fast paced, visual and course material were very good. Chris was very professional.

It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. This was an excellent course! Chris was very clear and able to provide plenty of examples / scenarios that demonstrated the content. Excellent!

The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

Course content was very good - easy to follow and understand. Overall the course was very helpful. But specifically the parts on conflict resolution and prioritisation were particularly useful. Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. I found the course insightful, with detailed actions on how to implement a positive, effective working environment. There was attention to detail and it was fully explained. Enjoyed the engagement between each section. Not once did I question what was the point of me attending, nor was I bored. Really enjoyed and motivated to do better.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.
