I recently completed The Communication Skills training course with Chris and found it extremely valuable. The content was well structured, engaging, and easy to apply to my day-to-day role. Chris was knowledgeable and encouraged participation throughout, which helped bring the topics to life. He also added a bit of humour throughout with the examples which was relatable. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises and real world examples from other participants too. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in this area.

It was a very beneficial course throughout the two days. I found the conflict section particularly helpful but feel there is something from every section that I can put into practice. Chris was very good and kept the course on track. He was clear, thorough, and gave plenty of real-life examples. He kept to timings extremely well

Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

I was looking online at a course that may benefit the position I hold. (Owner of small business company) and I stumbled upon this two day course. I have found the course very interesting for my business leadership & also my own personal development. Also one that my staff can do & I will be using these guys for this. I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. Trainer's presentation: Excellent style and engaging all around. Great rapport with the class. Never an easy task to present to a room of professionals, but Chris pulled it off.

This training course really helped me structure my thoughts and realise how to implement basic strategies into my work, for the better of my team and me. Also, it has helped me not just with work, but about how to balance my general mindset and how to keep positive. Really clear and engaging content, in a really good flow. Lots of discussion that felt natural and relevant and inclusive. Not too overwhelming which I often find with training. I found the material very helpful and it can be used in both personal and work life. I believe that I will use many of the subjects that have been covered in the course. Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Thank you so much Chris, I know this will literally change my life for the better!

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

I found the course very valuable; it has now given me a framework to work by. From planning to conflict management, I now feel I have the tools to deal with almost any situation that arises within the workplace. I found Marco’s teaching style refreshing compared to the other dry monotone styles of other courses I've attended. He was clear and able to clarify the finer points so that I had a full understanding of the subject matter.

The professional development and productivity sections of the course were equally insightful. The simple plans and processes are easy to understand and presented very well. I look forward to putting these into practice within my role. Both Chris and Marco delivered the course materiel seamlessly. They obviously have a passion for training and the knowledge and experience they both share was well received and extremely beneficial. The use of the virtual white board was a great addition. Too many training providers rely on their slide content only to drive the course forward, which can in my experience allow the mind to wander. The presentation remained engaging throughout.

Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I learnt a lot to consider that I hadn't previously. The Trainer was very positive, personable and knowledgeable throughout the day. Very engaging - post lunch slump never came!

The course was very considered and raised points that will be very useful in future negotiations. There were elements that had not occurred to me which was what I was hoping for from today. On this course, I particularly liked the way principals were broken down in explanation and then built back up to give a better understanding. The section on conflict was extremely interesting, mainly to do with the language used. The trainer was very clear and precise.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.
